Communion
I am more and more convinced of the need for the communion table as an instrument of radical transformation.

I'm with you. Inspite of my Reformed Heritage, I wish we had a communion table in the middle of everything, most prominent in the sanctuary (as opposed to pulpit being the most prominent.)
Hope this means you've recently had an especially stirring Supper.
Cecilia, this is so true. We are brought together (sometimes despite ourselves) in the Eucharist. You are profound with this one sentence--and early in the morning!
