Calmer Waters

I don't know how it happens, how it works, but somehow we undo the knots that have been strangling us all week, and then we look around and laugh and wonder what all the fuss was about.

The therapist and I are talking about what the fuss was all about.

I've seen it again and again. A major health crisis sometime brings thing up, heart problems often precipitate depression. One friends husband almost died from another sudden illness, not heart related, then he wanted a divorce. They ultimately worked it out. That touch of mortality does things.
I'm glad things are better.

Good news. After almost 29 years of marriage, I can attest that all relationships go through this and ultimately come out stronger if you just work together to sort it out. Peace and health to you both.
